Atlasflies (“we”, “us”) operates a personal, private studio used only by its owner to create and publish short-form video content. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you authorize third-party platforms through our studio, and how that information is used.
This application is not a public multi-user service. It is operated for personal use on accounts owned and controlled by the studio owner.
Information we collect
When you connect a social account, we receive and store only what is necessary to publish content on your behalf:
- OAuth tokens (access and refresh tokens) from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google (YouTube), and/or TikTok
- Account identifiers such as platform user IDs, page IDs, channel IDs, or usernames returned by those platforms
- Content you create in the studio, including video files, cover images, titles, captions, and scheduling metadata
- Technical logs limited to errors and job status needed to operate the studio
We do not sell personal data, run advertising based on your data, or use your information for unrelated marketing.
How we use information
- Authenticate with connected platforms on your behalf
- Upload and publish videos, Reels, and Shorts you approve
- Schedule posts at times you choose
- Set thumbnails or cover images where the platform supports it
- Maintain and refresh API tokens so publishing continues to work
Third-party platforms
Publishing uses official APIs from Meta, Google, and TikTok. When you connect an account, you are also subject to those platforms’ policies:
- Meta — Privacy Policy
- Google / YouTube — Privacy Policy
- TikTok — Privacy Policy
We only request permissions required to publish content to accounts you own or manage.
Data storage and security
Studio data and tokens are stored on infrastructure controlled by the studio owner. Tokens are kept confidential and are not exposed in client-side code or shared with third parties except as required to call the platform APIs you authorized.
Retention and deletion
We retain OAuth tokens and publishing records while your accounts remain connected. You may disconnect a platform at any time in studio settings, which removes stored tokens for that platform. You may also revoke access directly in Meta, Google, or TikTok account settings. For full instructions, see our User Data Deletion page.
Children
This studio is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy occasionally. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the latest version.
